Introducing…

A new year and some exciting additions to this fledgling collective here:

First, we’d like to welcome the newest member of the collective, a playwright named Peter Counter who brings an admirable work-ethic and a satirical yet awe-inspiring (I was going to use the word awesome but popular culture has forever changed the actual connotation of the word) take on popular opinion and the collective unconscious.

Secondly, Peter, Carla and I have been busying ourselves with a new project: an ongoing writer’s circle. We find this an indispensable sounding board to test new writing, gain skill as dramaturgs and to bat around ideas for new projects. The circle is, at present, by invitation only ~ but keep a lookout for opportunities to participate and publicly see what we’ve been working on.

Thirdly, I (Andrew) have started a personal blog over at http://afieldofcrowns.blogspot.com ~ it’s a blog of ideas, the creative arts and a place I can work out how to get around, or through those mountains I come across while thinking and working (ultimately existing) in the theatre world. Come on by, I’d love to hear your feedback.

Stay tuned for more information on Peter, Carla and myself as well as our writer’s circle! And for more Pictures! Who doesn’t love pictures?

Cheers,

Andrew.
